ELMA GRACE AND OLD COUNTY HALL

Last night, in the Town of Elma’s new town hall – which in an encouraging nod to regional cooperation, houses as well a county sheriff office – a number of residents turned out for our conversation on reducing government.

WE’RE HALFWAY HOME

When I set out on my visits to every city, town, and village in Erie County, I thought I could use my local government study to teach folks about the relationship between broken government and struggling community.
